Who We Are – Jonathan and Trisha
Here you’ll meet Jonathan, the little fox, and Trisha, his creator – and discover why the two of them work together to strengthen children’s hearts.
Who is Jonathan ?

⭐ Jonathan – Who He Is and Why He Is Here
🦊 A little fox with a special beginning
Jonathan was born on March 7th, 2019 – on a day when the forest grew quiet, as if it held its breath for a moment.
The sky felt softer, the light warmer, and something in the air whispered “a new beginning.”
From the very first moment, it was clear:
This little fox carries something within him that is more than curious eyes and a fluffy tail.
💛 His inner spark
Jonathan has a gentle but powerful gift:
He senses what is happening inside the hearts of people and animals
their wishes, their longing, their fears, and their courage.
Where others only see what is, Jonathan feels what could become possible when someone believes in themselves.
He reminds us that thoughts are never “just thoughts.”
They act like small seeds:
What we repeatedly think and feel
slowly begins to take form in our lives.
✨ His purpose
Jonathan is not an ordinary storybook fox.
He is:
-
a companion for children’s hearts,
-
a gentle reminder for grown-ups,
-
and a door-opener for anyone learning to believe in the good again.
He shows:
-
that inner images carry power
-
that the way we speak to ourselves matters
-
that every child holds a quiet strength within
-
that change begins on the inside long before it appears on the outside
Without big speeches or raised fingers.
Simply by living as he is.
🌱 How he moves through his world
When Jonathan wanders through the forest, he doesn’t only look around – he listens inwardly.
He feels:
-
How does this path feel?
-
Which idea warms my belly?
-
Where does it become bright when I think about it?
This is how he finds new solutions again and again –
not because he is “lucky,”
but because he dares to feel the good inside first.
🌟 Why Jonathan matters
Jonathan carries a soft but powerful message:
-
You are not powerless – you are a co-creator of your experiences.
-
Your thoughts and feelings are never “irrelevant”; they are your inner compass.
-
You are allowed to dream big, feel good, and trust your heart –
even when others say you should be “more realistic.”
He shows children (and the child within adults):
If you can imagine something loving
and truly feel it in your heart,
something in your world begins to move.
❤️ For children – and for anyone who wants to remember
Jonathan is here to remind you:
-
You are allowed to be yourself.
-
You can build a kinder world from the inside out.
-
And you are never too small to make a difference –
because everything begins within you.
⭐ About Trisha – Her Path and Why Jonathan Was Created
Trisha Fox is an author, a mother, and someone who has learned how deeply feelings shape our lives.
Not thoughts alone – feelings.
Thoughts organise, sort, and point in a direction.
But the thing that truly creates, that opens doors and changes paths,
is the feeling behind the thought.
Her own journey was not always easy.
There were moments of strength, and moments filled with doubt –
and it was in those quiet spaces that Trisha discovered what carries her today:
that a single warm thought changes nothing
unless it is felt,
felt deeply,
felt in the belly,
felt in a way that begins to move something inside.
From this understanding, the wish grew to create something that gives children this inner strength too – without pressure, without lecturing, simply gentle, loving, and true.
Trisha trained in coaching, mental development, and hypnosis.
She understands how inner worlds work,
how feelings shape the way forward,
and how one small shift in focus can transform an entire life.
Jonathan is not “just” a character.
He is the heart of her own process –
a loving embodiment of courage, inner strength, and the ability to feel the good on the inside long before it becomes visible on the outside.
He was born at the point where Trisha herself learned to trust again.
Where she realised that children need far more than simple stories:
They need role models who show them how to create with feeling –
how to stay soft even when the world is loud,
how to listen inwardly even when others don’t understand it.
With her books, Trisha wants to offer warmth to children
and a gentle reminder to adults:
that every one of us carries an inner light –
and that it begins to shine
when we feel it, not just think it.
Trisha does not write to entertain.
She writes to touch hearts, to awaken courage,
and to make the world a little kinder –
from the inside out.
